At 1219 Avenue, each and every product from start to finish is carefully inspected and is passed through various quality control measures. We try to ensure that each product delivered to you is at utmost finish and quality. Each of the product which is delivered and shown in the catalog can vary in color, graphics, and size specifically in customized products. 

The following page will inform you of your rights and obligations as our customer and will help you as guide to handle any issue that may arise with your purchase of product or service from 1219 Avenue. 

RETURN

  • The issue needs to be reported within 24 hrs. of receiving the product.

  • Opening videos should be made from start to finish (i.e opening the package from the beginning till showing the issue in the product).

  • Without opening videos, any claim will be null and void.

  • The issue should be reported to contact.1219avenue@gmail.com.

  • Customized products cannot be returned/ refunded as they were specially curated for you. Exceptions will only be made if received broken or defective.

  • No return will be accepted for any product that has been used.

  • If a prepaid/COD order is returned, due to the receiver not being available or incomplete address and contact details, the receiver will be held responsible. For re - shipping of the order, courier charges will be beared by the receiver only as free shipping by the company has already been offered once. 

REFUNDS

  • Once the product is received by us, it will be reviewed by our team in 24 hrs.

  • In case of breakage, same charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The refund is issued deducting applicable taxes, shipping charges, discount codes, RTO charges and COD Charges (if any). Shipping charge of rs100

  • The refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the product.

  • The refund amount is credited back to the original source account used for making the purchase. The same is notified using WhatsApp or email. 

  • No refund of any amount will be issued for customized products since it was curated only for you. 

Exchange

  • We offer exchange only if the product received is damaged, defective or mismatched as per your order. 

  • The exchange request must be filled out on 1219avenue@gmail.com

  • The exchange won't be accepted without opening video which is to be made from start to finish. (i.e opening the package from the beginning till showing the issue in the product).

  • The exchange may take up to 15 days which includes receiving damaged/defective/mismatched product to delivering your exchanged product.

  • If the exchange/replacement is denied by the customer then the refund policy will apply to it strictly. 

  • The exchange can only occur to same product only and cannot be done to some other product.

  • In case the product which needs to be exchanged gets out of stock, we can only offer store credits or voucher only which is valid up to 180 days of issuance. 

Shipping

  • The average processing time for customized orders can take up to 15 business days and after that it gets shipped which takes up to 7 days. 

  • The average processing time for non-customized orders can take up to 7-9 business days and after that it gets shipped which takes up to 7 days. 

  • The working business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekends. 

  • Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. 

  • We have multiple logistics company tied with us to deliver the products according to the product, size, pin code and country. 

  • We offer express delivery at additional cost. 

  • Address change can be done only before final dispatching of your order and same has to be informed on 1219avenue@gmail.com.

  • A tracking link is generated and sent to you via SMS and mail once the package is ready to be dispatched.

Cancellation

  • You can request cancellation within12 hrs. of placing the order.

  • Cancellation request won't be accepted after 12 hrs. of placing the order.

  • Once cancellation is requested and accepted the refund for the same will be credited back to source account used to place the order within 7-9  business days.

Privacy 

  • No personal information will be circulated further than our company.

  • Every data of our customers is kept encrypted and just for sharing promotional offers on occasion basis. 

Delivery Timeline

  • The delivery timeline varies product to product. 

  • For personalized orders the average delivery timeline is from3-5 business days after processing. 

  • For standard products the average delivery timeline is from 3-5 business days after processing. 

  • After 12hrs no cancellations will be accepted. 

  • We try our level best to deliver products within timeline.
